Shipping policy
Nearly every book we sell is printed for you after you order it. Here's what that means for timing.
Where we ship
United States and Canada.
How long it takes
Production: your book is printed and bound within about 3–5 business days of your order. During peak holiday seasons, printing can take a little longer — order early for December dates.
Shipping: transit time depends on the speed you choose at checkout:

Most Standard orders arrive within two weeks. Ordering for a birthday, wedding, or other hard date? Give yourself the full window — printed-to- order means we can't skip the press — or choose a faster speed.
Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout; available speeds can vary by destination.
Shipping to a PO Box? Choose Standard or Priority Mail — courier services (Expedited, Express) can't deliver to PO boxes.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your book leaves the printer, with tracking whenever the carrier provides it. Heads up: Standard shipping may have limited or no tracking to some destinations — if arrival matters, Priority Mail and up always include tracking.
Canadian orders
Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs processing, which are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping charges. Customs can also add a few days to delivery.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — your book is printed and dispatched automatically, and we can't redirect a package once it ships. If a package doesn't arrive because the address was entered incorrectly, see our Refund Policy.
Changes and cancellations
Production starts quickly after payment. If you need to change or cancel an order — or fix a typo in your personalization — email support@fivetalespress.com within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do everything we can. Once printing has begun, we can't change or cancel an order.
